2. Placing an order
By placing an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we email you a dispatch confirmation. Title in the goods passes to you on delivery.
3. Pricing & VAT
All prices include UK VAT at 20% where applicable. We display the lowest price we have offered the product at in the last 30 days, as required by the Omnibus Directive.
4. Delivery
UK orders dispatch within 24 hours on working days. Standard delivery 2-3 working days, next-day available before 10am cut-off.
5. Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Goods must be unopened and in original condition. Food and supplements that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order, except in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
