HOW TO TAKE ON GOLD STANDARD WHEY PROTEIN?

Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein is best enjoyed first thing in the morning and/or durning the 30 minutes just before or immediately after training. Simply mix (1) rounded scoop (24.9g) in 180-240ml of cold water (based on Vanilla Ice Cream flavour).
